Bern 2005
In 2005, the study group meeting was in Bern, Switzerland. The committee received a lot of high quality papers. The sessions of the workshop in Bern were partly a follow-up of the Leuven conference and partly an attempt to explore the possibilities of new activities, including working together with other study groups within EGPA.On topic were questions concerning the values of politics and public administration and the changes that have been taking place in those values, the challenge to look for synergies between research on public service motivation and research on administrative ethics respectively. Besides, the causes and influences of (the lack of) integrity were brought to discussion.
